Customers face a sense of anxiety when opening their banking app. 80% of customers claimed that the app experience was "moderately" or "severely" not enjoyable. So we created "Money Missions" which gamifies the process of saving and increases awareness of US Bank services. 55% of those surveyed claimed "Money Missions" would improve their banking experience. 61% said they would use the feature at least once a week. After use, an increase of positive sentiment by 12%, with one user claiming that "Money Missions" made her feel as though "US Bank cares about financial wellbeing".
